考虑污染物时空分布特性和环境容量约束的火电机组日发电计划方法

摘 要: 提出一种考虑污染物时空分布特性和不同地域环境容量约束的发电调度方法。该方法在分析污染物时空分布状态和重点监测点环境容量与风速和风向关系的基础上,考虑火电机组污染物扩散特性并依据不同地域环境容量标准,建立了火电机组日发电计划模型。算例给出了不同气象预测和环境容量约束条件下的发电计划值,并对比分析了重点监测点污染浓度和系统能耗指标的差异,验证了方法的可行性。

Title: Daily generation schedule for thermal power units under consideration of spatial-temporal distribution of pollutants and environmental capacity constraints

Abstract: A generation scheduling method considering the spatial-temporal distribution of pollutants and the environmental capacity constraints in different regions was proposed. Based on the analysis of spatial-temporal distribution of pollutants and environmental capacity as well as the wind speed and direction in key monitoring points, a daily generation planning model was established considering the pollutant dispersion characteristics and environmental capacity in different regions. The following example gave the power plan values under different weather and environmental capacity constraints. A comparative analysis of the differences between pollution concentrations and energy consumption in key monitoring points was carried out and the feasibility of the method was proved.
