能源加工转换的绿色风险研究

摘 要: | 首先从经济可持续发展及能源供应的现状出发,系统分析能源加工转换可能带来的绿色风险。选取我国主要能源物质,建立能源加工转换网络流程图,分析能源加工转换过程的各个环节。在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上,走访了大连市能源环境方面的有关专家,征集了专家们的意见和建议。再从污染治理水平、能源资源节约水平、能源再利用水平等3个方面确立能源加工转换过程的绿色风险指标集,最终构建了能源加工转换的绿色风险评价指标体系。采取量化评分方法得到绿色风险指标的评判值,并应用模糊识别方法确定了评分值对应的强度,最终得出能源供应过程的绿色风险指标强度表。数据将为以后的研究工作提供评价准则和理论依据。 |

Abstract: | Firstly, the green risk of the energy conversion process was analyzed based on the present energy situation and the theory of economic sustainable development. Flow chart was established to analyze every link of energy conversion process using some of the main energy substances of China. Secondly, on the basis of relevant research from home and abroad as well as interviews on the experts specialized on energy environment of Dalian city, green risk index set was scored by the expert scoring method considering the level of environmental protection, energy resource saving and renewable energy. Finally, the method of fuzzy pattern recognition was applied to the assessment of the intensity of green risk index which was obtained by quantitative scoring method. The intensity form of green risk index of energy conversion process will provide evaluation criteria and theoretical basis for the future research. |
