基于正交试验的穿孔管消声器传递矩阵法修正

摘 要: 修正穿孔管声阻抗中的等效厚度项可以提高传递矩阵法在截止频率以上穿孔管消声器声学性能的计算准确度。基于正交设计方法安排三维有限元数值试验,计算考虑高次波效应的穿孔管等效厚度,计算结果表明:消声器总长、穿孔段长度比、穿孔管厚度、穿孔直径与等效厚度正相关,穿孔率与等效厚度呈明显的倒数关系。应用逐步回归方法,拟合出穿孔管等效厚度的回归模型,从而对传递矩阵法进行修正。利用修正后的传递矩阵法计算穿孔管消声器声学性能与三维有限元结果和试验结果吻合良好,证明了应用该方法预测穿孔管消声器声学性能的准确性。

Title: A corrected transfer matrix method for perforated mufflers based on orthogonal experiment

Abstract: The accuracy of acoustic performance calculation of perforated mufflers with the transfer matrix method can be improved by correcting the equivalent thickness above the cut-off frequency. The corrected equivalent thickness including high-order wave effect was calculated using the finite element model orthogonal numerical experiments. The results showed that the total length, the perforation length ratio, the pipe thickness and the hole diameter had a positive correlation with equivalent thickness correction, while the perforated porosity expressed a reciprocal relationship to equivalent thickness correction. An expression was provided for equivalent thickness correction using stepwise regression, thus the transfer matrix method was corrected. Using the corrected transfer matrix method to calculate the acoustic performance of perforated mufflers and compared with the finite element model and experiment results, the agreement showed that the corrected transfer matrix method was valid for the acoustic performance prediction of perforated mufflers.
