不同形貌LaFeO3纳米纤维的制备、表征和光催化性能

摘 要: 通过静电纺丝法制备出不同形貌的 LaFeO3 纤维。采用 X 射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、透射电镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)对样品的结构和形貌进行表征。研究前驱体溶液中乙酸和金属硝酸盐含量对纤维形貌的影响,同时比较不同形貌 LaFeO3 的光催化活性。结果表明,所制备的样品均属于正交晶系的钙钛矿结构。随着乙酸含量的增大,LaFeO3 纤维形貌依次为多孔纳米带、纳米纤维、纳米棒纤维。而增大硝酸盐含量后,纤维呈现带状。在光催化活性测试中,多孔纳米带 LaFeO3 的光催化活性最高。

Title: Preparation and characterization of LaFeO3 nanofibers with different morphologies and their photocatalytic activity

Abstract: In this paper, one-dimensional LaFeO3 fibers with several different morphologies were synthesized by electrospinning. The crystal structure and morphology were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope�SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The relationship between the morphology of fibers and the concentration of acetic acid and metal nitrate in the precursor solution were discussed. The effects of morphology on photocatalytic activity were also investigated. The results indicated that all the samples were orthorhombic perovskite. With concentration of acetic acid increasing in precursor solution, the morphologies of fiber were nano-porous belt-like fibers, nanofibers and nanorods, respectively. With concentration of metal nitrate increasing, the fibers were tended to be belt-like. The results of photocatalytic activity showed that LaFeO3 nano-porous fibers exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity.
