利用赤泥制备聚合氯化铝铁及其应用

摘 要: | 以赤泥为原料制备聚合氯化铝铁(polymeric aluminum ferric chloride,PAFC),确定了盐酸最佳用量和反应温度,Al和Fe的浸出率均能达到80%以上,盐基度符合国家标准(GB/T 22627—2008)。考察PAFC对印染厂废水的絮凝效果,结果表明:投加量为1.0 mL/L、废水pH值为7~8时,浊度、色度和化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD)的去除率分别为95.2%,90.3%和85.6%. |

Abstract: | The polymeric aluminum ferric chloride (PAFC) was prepared by using red mud as raw materials. The leaching rate of Al and Fe were all above 80% and the basicity met the national standard (GB/T 22627—2008) under the optimum hydrochloric acid dosage and reaction temperature. The flocculation effect of PAFC on printing and dyeing wastewater was studied. Under the condition of PAFC=1.0 mL/L and pH=7-8, the removal rate of turbidity, chrominance and chemical oxygen demand (COD) were 95.2%, 90.3% and 85.6%, respectively. |
