以单分散多级孔的聚苯乙烯微球为模板合成多级孔Silicalite-1

摘 要: 采用聚苯乙烯交联二乙烯苯[poly(styrene-co-divinylbenzene),PSD]这种具有多级孔结构的聚苯乙烯微球为模板,合成具有多级孔结构的Silicalite-1微球。扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)表征证明,这种复合材料保持了原模板的外貌形状特点,并且通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和红外光谱(infrared spectroscopy,IR)观察到其具有晶化度较好的全硅MFI型结构,氮气吸附-脱附测试结果说明复合材料拥有较大的孔体积。

Title: Synthesis and characterization of Silicalite-1 with hierarchical porosity using monodisperse porous ploystyrene microspheres as template

Abstract: The hierarchical Silicalite-1 was prepared by a template of poly(styrene-co-divinylbenzene) (PSD) microsphere with pore structure. The hierarchical porous Silicalite-1 were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption techniques. SEM proved that this kind of composite materials kept the original appearance shape characteristic of the template. XRD and infrared spectroscopy (IR) showed that it had a good MFI structure. Nitrogen ad-sorption-desorption isotherms demonstrated that the composite material had large pore volume.
