肿瘤的分型、分级和分期

| 摘 要： | 肿瘤的分型、分级和分期是评价恶性肿瘤生物学行为和临床进展的3项最重要指标。肿瘤的分型和分级是反映肿瘤来源及其生物学行为的内在参数，不同类型和分级的恶性肿瘤有其特有的生物学行为和侵袭转移能力。肿瘤的分期是反映肿瘤侵袭转移能力和病程进展程度的外部参数，不仅取决于肿瘤的组织学类型、分级、病程进展程度，也明显受制于患者就诊时间，反映的是肿瘤病程进展程度和患者到达预期生命终点的时间点。传统肿瘤分型、分级和分期已不能满足肿瘤个体化治疗的需要。因此，精简肿瘤分级标准、增强可量化参数检测、提升肿瘤分子分型诊断水平，无疑将是恶性肿瘤分型、分级和分期的发展方向和目标。 |

| Abstract： | The histologic classification, grading and staging are the most important three parameters for evaluating the biological behavior, the ability of invasion and metastasis, and the clinical progression of tumor. The histologic classification and grade are intrinsic parameters of tumor, they are used to reveal the source and biological behavior and the ability of invasion and metastasis of tumor. Every malignant tumor has its unique biological behavior and the ability of invasion and metastasis dependent on its classification and grade. The stage is a visible important external parameter for revealing the ability of invasion and metastasis and the degree of tumor progression, which depends not only on the histologic classification and grade and the degree of invasion and metastasis, but also obviously limited by the point-in-time for the patient going to a doctor. Tumor staging is used to mean the progression phase and the expected survival time for patients with malignant tumor. However, in the coming era of tumor individualized treatment, the traditional tumor classification, grading and staging already cannot satisfy the needs of it. So it is important for simplifying the tumor classification standard, adding the quantifiable parameters, increasing the level of tumor molecular diagnosis, which should provide more accurate molecular biology information for individualized treatment of tumor, and guide to make the therapeutic schedule and supervise the curative effect. This will undoubtedly become the development direction and goal of malignant tumor classification, grading and staging. |
