6例非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床回顾性分析

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤（non-Hodgkin's lymphoma，NHL）的临床诊断与治疗。方法：回顾性分析哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院血液科2010年3月至2011年8月收治的6例NHL临床资料，其中男性4例，女性2例，并结合文献进行讨论。结果：4例患者进行联合化疗及抗细菌真菌治疗，1例行单药化疗及抗细菌真菌治疗，1例行抗细菌真菌治疗，病情稳定后出院。结论：由于NHL对化疗十分敏感和化疗技术的进步，单纯化疗即能迅速缓解NHL症状。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: We made a retrospective review of 6 cases of NHL clinical data from Department of Blood Internal Medicine, The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, from March 2010 to August 2011, including 4 males and 2 females, and discussed them combined with the relevant literatures. Results: Four patients received chemotherapy and anti-bacterial-fungal treatment, one patient received single-agent chemotherapy and anti-bacterial-fungal treatment, one patient received anti-bacterial-fungal treatment, and discharged in stable condition. Conclusion: Since NHL is very sensitive to chemotherapy, and the chemotherapy technological is advanced, chemotherapy alone can rapidly alleviate the NHL symptoms. |
