穴位埋线疗法在运动性疲劳中的应用与研究进展

| 摘 要： | 运动性疲劳是运动生理学和运动医学研究和防治的热点领域，对运动性疲劳的研究不仅有重大的理论意义，而且对于指导运动训练、改善疲劳以及提高运动耐力都有实际应用价值。穴位埋线在不同程度上可激发或诱导体内调节系统，使失衡的功能关系趋向正常化和表达最大化。综述旨在总结穴位埋线法对抗运动性疲劳效果方面的研究成果，为进一步通过穴位埋线疗法对竞技赛马运动性疲劳的改善和运动成绩的提高等研究提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract： | Sport fatigue is the research hotspot of prevention and cure in exercise physiology as well as sport medicine, the research on sport fatigue is of great theoretical significance. Furthermore, it has practical application value for the guidance of exercise training to improve sport fatigue and improve exercise tolerance. The catgut implantation at acupoint may induce and stimulate the regulate system of the body in varying degrees, so the imbalances of functional relationships tend to normalize and maximize expression. This review is to summarize the research results of acupoint catgut embedding on anti-fatigue, it also has provided the theory basis for the research of horse racing for removing sport fatigue and improving athletic performance. |
