H1c基因在水牛早期胚胎不同发育阶段的表达水平

摘 要: 水牛是中国南方地区非常重要的家畜,但水牛的繁育能力低,近年来数量急剧下降。H1c基因表达已经在一些物种中被证实影响早期胚胎发育,但是在水牛方面的研究报道很少。研究主要通过实时定量-PCR(real-time quantitative PCR, qRT-PCR)技术检测H1c基因mRNA在水牛早期胚胎发育中的表达情况。结果表明:H1c mRNA在水牛的早期胚胎发育过程中呈现表达递增的趋势,推测H1c在水牛早期体外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)胚胎中有重要作用。

Abstract: Water buffalo is an important livestock in south China. However, the reproductive ability of buffalo is low. The H1c gene has been shown to affect the early embryonic development in some species, but little is known about its function in early embryonic development of buffalos. In this study, real-time quantitative-PCR (qRT-PCR) was used to profile the expression of H1c mRNA in early embryonic development of buffalo. Our results showed that the expression of H1c mRNA increased at the early stages of buffalo embryos. Therefore, we suggest that H1c may play an important role in in vitro fertilization(IVF)embryonic development of buffalo.
