家蚕作为农业生境污染物残留快速检测技术研究

摘 要: | 分别从杭州市河道污染较严重的钱塘河及备塘河取污水,浸渍桑叶后喂家蚕(Bombyx mori L),调查家蚕的慢性中毒症状、死亡率、眠蚕体重等指标,并测定家蚕体内乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AChE)及谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(glutathione-S-transferase,GST)活性,评估家蚕作为农业生境污染物残留检测的技术可行性。结果表明:所取的不同来源污水对家蚕的影响表现为眠性中毒,从2龄起蚕始添食污水浸渍桑叶,直到4眠蚕,体重才明显低于对照蚕;但作为抗性指标的家蚕体内AChE及GST活性,却在3眠时期就已经显著降低。因此相对于表型,家蚕体内AChE及GST活性可作为农业生境污染物的前置检测指标。 |

Title: | Fast detection technology research of silkworm as biological indicator of agricultural contaminant |

Abstract: | We took the serious polluted water from Hangzhou Qiantang river and Beitang river. The mulberry leaves were dipped in polluted water, and fed the silkworm Bombyx mori L. The chronic symptoms, mortality, body weight of sleeping worms were investigated. Also we determined the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and glutathione-S-transferase (GST) activity to assess the technical feasibility of the silkworm as biological indicator of agricultural contaminant detection. Experimental results showed that the effects of different sources of polluted water performed on silkworm poisoning. Although starting treatment from the 2nd instar, but until the 4th sleeping stage, the body weight of worms fed with mulberry dipped in the polluted water was lower than that of control. However the AChE and GST, which was as resistance index, had been significantly reduced in the three sleeping period. Therefore, with respect to the phenotype, silkworm AChE and GST activity can be used as indicators for pre-detecting the contaminants in agricultural habitats. |
