伊犁绢蒿种子形态/生理学特征及其对绵羊消化道传播的响应

摘 要: 对绢蒿荒漠草地放牧家畜粪便内的可萌发植物种子数量及种类进行检测,验证主要放牧家畜对绢蒿荒漠植物种子能否进行消化道传播。同时,以建群植物伊犁绢蒿种子和绵羊为研究对象进行种子饲喂试验,以确定放牧家畜对绢蒿种子采食后,可萌发种子数量以及种子形态、生理学特征的变化。结果表明:3种主要放牧家畜可对多种植物进行消化道传播,但在传播数量和种类上有所差别。绢蒿种子在经过绵羊消化道作用后,排出速度较快,大部分种子在饲喂6~36 h后排出,排出的种子仍有部分保持活力,但种子形态学特征发生了变化。与人工祛除天然种衣所产生的反应相同,种子吸水、粘沙性能明显下降,失水速度明显加快。经过消化后,天然种衣已经完全消失,并且会引起种子萌发行为的变化,各萌发指标均降低并影响后期幼苗的生长。但天然种衣在一定程度上也保护了种子免于消化作用的深度伤害。

Title: Morphological and physiological characteristics of Seriphidium transiliense seed and response of endozoochorous by sheep

Abstract: To determine whether livestock can disperse plant seeds by endozoochorous or not, we collected dominant livestock dung and tested germinative plant seeds of quantity and variety. At the same time, we took constructive species-Seriphidium seeds and sheep as research object to study changes of germination of seed number and seed morphology, physiology characteristics after endozoochorous by feeding seeds. The results showed that the three main grazing livestock could disperse seeds of many plants, but the number and variety was different. Most seeds were excreted in 6-36 h after feeding. After seeds passage sheep tract, some seeds could still maintain their vitality, but the morphological characteristics were changed. The absorbent, sticky sand performance of seeds decreased significantly, while dehydration performance increased as artificial eliminate natural seed coat, the natural seed coat had completely disappeared, which caused the change of germination behavior with lower various germination indexes, and affected the growth of seedlings. But the natural seed coat also protected the seeds free from deep damage of digestion.
