不同氮素营养对干旱胁迫下水稻的影响

摘 要: 聚乙二醇(PEG)模拟的轻度干旱胁迫下,不同氮素营养培养的水稻在生长及生理上存在明显差异。硝态氮营养下水稻根的干重、根长及根冠比均高于铵态氮培养水稻;同时,硝态氮培养水稻叶片丙二醛(MDA)的含量增加,而铵态氮下水稻MDA含量无明显区别。对2种氮素营养下水稻的酶活等测定表明,铵态氮营养较硝态氮培养水稻具有更高的过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性,且抗氧化物质谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)的含量也高于硝态氮培养水稻,由此推测铵态氮营养可能有利于提高水稻的抗氧化能力,适应干旱等逆境胁迫。

Title: Effects of different nitrogen nutrition on rice seedlings under drought stress

Abstract: Growth and physiological adaptation between ammonium and nitrate-treated rice showed significant difference when subjected to PEG-mimic light drought stress. Higher root dry weigh, root length and root/shoot ratio were observed in rice seedlings treated by ammonium nitrogen compared with nitrate nitrogen. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was increased in nitrate-N treated rice leaves while it showed no obvious difference in ammonium-N treated ones. The enzyme assays showed that activities of two anti-oxidative enzymes, peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT), and the content of a non-enzymic antioxidant, glutathione (GSH), were higher in ammonium-fed rice leaves than that in nitrate-fed ones, indicating that ammonium nutrition was benefit for rice plants to improve drought stress resistance during growth and development.
