江西特色矿区蜘蛛资源分布及多样性比较研究

摘 要: 调查涉及的矿区包括抚州相山铀矿(A)、贵溪冷水坑银矿(B)、临川茅排金矿(C)、赣州稀土矿(D)、德兴铜矿(E)和丰城煤矿(F)。经鉴定,江西特色矿区有蜘蛛39科191属563种,其中,有5个江西新记录科、39个江西新记录种和155个未确定种。其蜘蛛类型以农林和人居区常见种类为主,不同矿区具少数特有蜘蛛种类。群落结构分析表明:蜘蛛科数依次为D>E>A=C>B>F;蜘蛛属数依次为D=E>C>A=B>F;蜘蛛种数依次为E>C>B>D>F>A;个体数依次为E>D>B>C>F>A. 多样性分析表明:Marglef丰富度指数M依次为A>F>C>B>D>E;Shannon-Wiener优势度指数H' 依次为C>E>A>D>F>B;Smipson多样性指数D依次为B>F> D>E>C=A;Pielou均匀度指数J'依次为A>C>F>D>E>B. 聚类分析表明:各矿区蜘蛛群落间相似性大小依次为A,C,F,B,E和D,交流程度逐渐降低。蜘蛛多样性的形成主要与矿区内地形地貌复杂、矿产矿藏区域物化环境变化较大、植被多灌丛草甸类型、穴居空间较多和人为干扰频繁等因素密切相关。

Title: Comparative study on the spider resources, fauna and diversity in unique mineral areas of Jiangxi province

Abstract: Unique mineral areas of Jiangxi province in the study included the Uranium Mine of Xiangshan in Fuzhou (A), the Silver Mine of Lengshuikeng in Guixi (B), the Gold Mine of Maopai in Linchuan (C), the Rare Earth Mine of Ganzhou (D), the Copper Mine of Dexing (E) and the Coal Mine of Fengcheng (F). After all spider specimens from above mining areas identificated, it had been found that there were 563 known species belong to 39 families and 191 genera, of which, there were 5 new records families in Jiangxi, 39 new record species in Jiangxi province and 155 undefined species. Meanwhile, it was some common species of agroforestry and residential district which predominated with few endemic species in different mineral areas. However, analysis of community composition of spider showed that the size order of their family number were D>E>A=C>B>F, their genera number were D=E>C>A=B>F, their species number were E>C>B>D>F>A and their individual number were E>D>B>C>F>A. Diversity analysis showed that the size order of Marglef richness index M were A>F>C>B>D>E, Shannon-Wiener dominance index H' were C>E>A>D>F>B, Smipson diversity index D were B>F>D>E>C=A, and Pielou evenness index J' were A>C>F>D>E>B. Cluster analysis showed that the spider community similarity between different mineral areas, followed by A, C, F, B, E and D, and their exchange decreased gradually. In conclusion, the formation of spider diversity in unique mineral areas of Jiangxi province are closely related to complex topography, great changes for physical and chemical environment, vegetation types with more meadow burrowing, more cave space, frequent human disturbances and other factors in these mineral areas.
