前馈反馈教学法在背越式跳高技术教学中的实验研究

摘 要: 将前馈反馈教学法应用于背越式跳高技术课的教学过程。通过绘制关键技术动作过程图,强化前馈信息对正确技术动作的认知和在练习过程中通过反馈信息控制原理的合理结合,实现最佳的教学效果。研究表明:与对照组相比,运用前馈反馈教学法可显著提高实验组学生背越式跳高的技评成绩和达标成绩;关键技术绘图可能对提高背越式跳高技术课的教学效果发挥重要作用;在体育运动技能学习中强化前馈信息控制有助于提高教学效果。

Title: Experimental study of feedforward and feedback teaching me-thod in the teaching of Fosbury flop

Abstract: In this study, the teaching process of feedforward and feedback teaching method was applied in Fosbury flop technology class. By drawing the action key technology process map, feedforward information cognition to the correct technical movement and in the practice process by reasonable combination of feedback control theory was enhanced to achieve the best teaching effect. Research showed that compared with the control group, using feedforward feedback teaching method to the students in the experimental group, the Fosbury flop technique evaluation scores and achievements were both improved. Drawing key technology map played an important role in improving the technique of Fosbury flop teaching effect. Enhanced feedforward information control helped to improve the teaching effect in the sports skill learning.
