一种OWA-改进TOPSIS法的多属性决策分析模型研究与应用

摘 要: 理想点法(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)是解决多属性决策的一种经典算法,为克服其缺点,提出改进TOPSIS法,结合有序加权平均算子(ordered weighted averaging,OWA)构建了一种OWA-改进TOPSIS法,用于解决多决策者多属性决策分析问题,运用案例加以说明,并运用肯德尔和谐系数检验这种方法的一致性。

Abstract: Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method is a classical algorithm to solve the multiple criteria decision analysis, in order to solve the disadvantages, and an improved method of TOPSIS was put forward. Furthermore, combined with ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator, an improved OWA-TOPSIS method was constructed, which can be used to solve multiple criteria decision analysis problem. Finally, we took the case to explain how to use the new method and used the Kendall coefficient of concordance to illustrate consistency of the new method.
