基于押金返还制度的闭环供应链模型研究

摘 要: | 为提高废旧家电的回收再利用率,形成高效的闭环供应链,研究3种以押金返还制度(deposit refund system,DRS)为基础的再制造闭环供应链模型,即制造商回收、零售商回收和第三方回收模型。比较3种模型条件下旧产品的回收率以及供应链成员的利润,得出不论是对于制造商或者零售商,还是对于整个供应链,零售商回收模型下都能获得更高的利润,但是集中协调系统的总利润是最高的。初步分析了押金大小对闭环供应链各方效用总和的影响,并通过算例分析得出在同等条件下,零售商进行废旧产品回收,全局供应链效用最大。 |

Abstract: | In order to improving the E-waste recycling rate and forming closed-loop supply chain, based on deposit refund system (DRS), we studied three kinds of closed loop supply chain model with product remanufacturing, namely the manufacturers, retailers and the third party collecting model. Compared the three models from the return rate of E-waste and supply chain profits and retail price and then concluded that no mater for manufacturers, retailers or entire supply chain, the model of retailer collecting can get the higher profits, however, the total profits in the centralized coordination system are the highest. Preliminary analysis of the impact of deposit size on the performance of the closed-loop supply chain, and the example analysis concluded that under the same condition, the retailers engaged in recycling of waste products can receive the best supply chain performance. |
