溴代三氟丙烯抑制熄灭杯式燃烧器甲烷/空气火焰的实验研究

摘 要: 在杯式燃烧器上研究新型洁净气体灭火剂溴代三氟丙烯(2-bromo-3,3,3-fluoropropene,2-BTP)对甲烷-空气协流扩散火焰的灭火性能及过程,并与三氟一溴甲烷(Halon1301)及七氟丙烷(FM-200)进行了对比,测定3种介质的最低灭火浓度及灭火过程中产生的HF含量,考察灭火过程中火焰形态的变化。实验结果表明:3种气体的灭火浓度大小次序为2-BTP < Halon1301 < FM-200;3种介质在灭火过程中所产生的HF浓度高低次序为2-BTP < Halon1301 < FM-200;在3种灭火剂的作用下,杯式燃烧器火焰都经历了振荡、失稳、脱离直至熄灭的过程。研究结果可为气体灭火理论模型的完善提供实验参数,为2-BTP的实际工程应用提供理论指导。

Abstract: This paper presented the study on the effectiveness and process of 2-bromo-3,3,3-fluoropropene (2-BTP) in suppressing cup burner methane-air coflowing flames, whose results were compared with those of bromofluoromethane (Halon1301) and 2-hexafluoropropane (FM-200). The minimum extinguishing concentration and the concentration of produced HF of the three agents were determined. The evolution of flame shape during extinguishing process was also investigated. Results showed that fire suppression effectiveness was ranked in the order of 2-BTP < Halon1301 < FM-200, and the produced HF concentration of the three agents was in the same order of 2-BTP
