基于模糊故障树分析法的汽车空调制冷系统故障诊断研究

摘 要: 以汽车空调制冷系统作为研究对象,通过分析该系统的故障形式,提出对汽车空调系统的故障基于模糊故障树理论的诊断方法,建立该系统的模糊故障树,并对该故障树进行事件模糊化分析和算法研究,可以迅速找出故障原因。此诊断方法直观,形象,灵活,简便,为汽车空调的设计、维护和维修提供了科学依据,具有很高的实用价值。

Abstract: By analyzing the types of the automobile air conditioning system as the research object, the fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree theory is put forward through the analysis of the failure forms of the system. The fuzzy fault tree of the system is established and event fuzzy analysis as well as fuzzy algorithm is conducted for a rapid diagnosis of malfunction. This diagnosis method is intuitive, imageable, flexible, simple for the automotive air conditioning design, which offers a scientific basis for maintenance and repair and has a very high practical value.
