微分代数估算在厌氧消化过程中的应用

摘 要: 针对厌氧消化过程中未知变量及未知状态无法在线测量的问题,提出微分代数估算算法,并基于该算法和利用厌氧消化过程中可在线测量的信息,估算非线性Barth-Hill 五阶厌氧消化模型中不可在线测量的信息:产酸菌生长率、产甲烷菌生长率、产酸菌浓度和产甲烷菌浓度。最后,通过Matlab/Simulink 数值仿真,论证了微分代数估算算法在实际生产过程中的有效性。

Abstract: For problems which unknown variables and unknown states in the anaerobic digestion process cannot be measured online, this paper presents the differential algebraic estimation algorithm. Based on this algorithm, the use of the information can be measured online in anaerobic digestion process, and we can estimate the information that cannot be measured in 5th order Barth-Hill nonlinear model, including acidogenic bacteria growth rate, methanogenic bacteria growth rate, acidogenic bacteria concentration as well as methanogenic bacteria concentration. Then the effectiveness of the proposed method in actual production process is validated via Matlab/Simulink.
