基于CFD的船舶柴油机SCR脱硝系统变工况导流板角度控制规则设计

摘 要: 以MAN 6S50MC-C 型船用柴油机为研究对象,基于计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法建立选择性催化还原脱硝(selective catalytic reduction denitration,SCR-DeNOx)系统的流动机理模型,开展相应流程3D 模拟,重点研究导流板对首层催化剂表面上的气体速度分布的影响,并基于数据分析建立变工况下的导流板角度控制规则。

Abstract: Using the marine diesel engine (MAN 6S50MC-C) as the research object, the flow mechanism model of selective catalytic reduction denitration (SCR-DeNOx) was established based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations. 3D computational fluid dynamics simulations of the model were carried out. The influence of the gate leaves on gas velocity distribution on the surface of the first catalyst layer was investigated. Control rules of gate leaves were built based on data analysis for the variable working conditions of marine diesel engines.
