全蝎药材商品HPCE指纹图谱研究

摘 要: 目的:建立全蝎药材商品高效毛细血管电泳法(high performance capillary electrophoresis,HPCE)指纹图谱,为全蝎药材的品种鉴定及质量控制提供方法。方法:采用HPCE法,未涂层石英毛细管柱(55 cm×50 μm),40 mmol·L-1硼砂-0.2 mol·L-1硼酸的HPEC缓冲液(pH=8.2),柱温25℃,分离电压20 kV,检测波长214 nm,压力进样,压力3 kPa,时间5 s. 结果:建立了全蝎药材HPCE指纹图谱共有模式,并比较了不同全蝎药材商品的指纹图谱与对照药材指纹图谱的相似度。结论:本方法稳定可靠,重现性好,为全蝎药材的品种鉴定和质量控制提供了参考依据。

Abstract: Objective: The high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) method fingerprint of traditongal Scorpio was established, in order to provide methods to species identification and quality evaluation. Methods: The HPCE fingerprint of traditongal Scorpio were obtained, with 40 mmol·L-1 borate and 0.2 mol·L-1 boric acid (pH=8.2) as HPCE buffer, temperature was 25℃, isolating voltage was on 20 kV, and the wavelength was at 214 nm, the press was 3 kPa and the time was 5 s. Results: The mutual mode of HPCE fingerprints is set up. The similarities of HPCE fingerprints from different commodity Scorpio were compared. Conclusion: The method is stable, repeatable and reliable, which provides references to evaluation quality of traditional Scorpio.
