模板法仿生合成磷酸钙纳米粒

摘 要: 研究以羧甲基纤维素(carboxymethylcellulose,CMC)作为模板,在常温常压下,水溶液中仿生合成了磷酸钙(calcium phosphate,CaP)。通过傅里叶转换红外(Fourier transform infrared,FTIR)光谱仪、透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer,XRD)对其进行表征,以探讨CMC对于仿生合成CaP形貌和晶型的影响。结果表明,CMC为模板仿生合成CaP,首先形成球形的无定形CaP(amorphous CaP,ACP),然后逐渐转化成热力学更为稳定的针状羟基磷灰石( hydroxyapatite,HAp)。

Abstract: The calcium phosphate (CaP) nanoparticles were biomimetically prepared in aqueous solution at ambient temperature and pressure using carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as the template. The morphology change and the phase transition of CaP during the biomimetic process were investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). It was revealed that the CaP prepared in the presence of CMC experienced a transition from spherical amorphous CaP (ACP) to more thermostable needle-like hydroxyapatite (HAp).
