基于改进量子粒子群算法的天线阵综合

摘 要: 为解决基本量子粒子群优化(quantum particle swarm optimization,QPSO)算法在全局搜索能力上的缺陷和易陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种改进的量子粒子群优化(modified quantum particle swarm optimization,MQPSO)算法,通过引入收敛停滞检测和选择性引入随机权重的机制,增加了种群多样性,有效避免了算法早熟收敛。在天线阵合成中使用该算法可以很好地降低方向图的旁瓣电平。仿真验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: In order to solve the defects of the global search capability and easily falling into local optimum in the basic quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) algorithm, a modified quantum particle swarm optimization (MQPSO) algorithm is presented. By introducing mechanisms of convergence stagnation detection and selective introduction of random weights, the diversity of the population is increased and premature convergence of the algorithm is effectively avoided. The algorithm used in array synthesis can well reduce pattern sidelobe levels. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
