炎症性肠病相关代谢组学研究进展

摘 要: | 利用代谢组学相关技术如核磁共振氢谱(nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,1H NMR)、气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,GC/MS)和液相色谱-质谱联用(liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry,LC/MS)等对炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)血浆、尿液、粪便以及组织等代谢产物开展的研究加深了对IBD发病机制的认识。目前的研究表明,IBD主要涉及的代谢紊乱包括糖类、氨基酸类、短链脂肪酸类等,这些代谢物也很可能成为未来研究IBD发病及治疗的有效靶点。 |

Abstract: | Technologies based on nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR), gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) on infammatory bowel diseace (IBD) plasma, urine, feces, tissues and other metabolites carried out have strengthened our knowledge of the etiology and pathogenesis of IBD. At present, studies showed that the metabolic disorders in IBD involved sugars, amino acids, short chain fatty acids etc. These metabolites maybe the future effective targets for treating IBD. |
