高浓度铁锰环境影响商陆生长的主要因素研究

摘 要: 采用水培的方法,研究铁锰氧化细菌与商陆共培养体系中初始Fe2+浓度、Mn2+浓度、铁锰氧化菌接种量、pH值对商陆生长的影响。通过观察商陆生长状况、测定商陆地上部及地下部的生物量,确定高浓度铁锰离子复合胁迫下商陆适宜的生长条件,为建立微生物联合植物修复重金属污染环境的技术奠定基础。

Title: Effects of high iron and manganese concentrations on Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. growth

Abstract: Using the method of hydroculture, the study was researched to investigate the effects of high iron and manganese concentrations on Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. growth. Iron-manganese oxidizing bacterium and P. acinosa were co-cultured to investigate the effects of the initial concentration of Fe2+, Mn2+, the inoculation concentration of iron-manganese oxidizing bacterium, and pH level on P. acinosa Roxb. growth. By observing P. acinosa Roxb. growth development and measuring the underground and aboveground biomass, the suitable conditions of P. acinosa Roxb. growth under high iron and manganese concentrations complex stress was determined, which would lay a foundation for the establishment of plant-microorganism combined remediation technology to repair heavy metal contaminated environment.
