可降解镁合金AZ31的聚合物涂层表征及其血液相容性分析

摘 要: 采用浸涂法在镁合金材料上制备聚b-羟基丁酸酯[poly(3-hydroxybutyrate),PHB]聚合物涂层,利用红外光谱检测聚合物涂层的基团结构,用静态水接触角测试材料的亲疏水性改变,重点从溶血率实验分析材料的血液相容性。结果表明,PHB聚合物涂层有利于保护镁合金减缓其降解速率。涂层后的镁合金材料的溶血率低于5%,满足了医用材料的要求。

Title: Degradable magnesium alloy material AZ31 characterization of coating polymer and its blood compatibility

Abstract: We prepared poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) polymer coating on magnesium alloy material by dip coating. The structure of polymer coating was detected by infrared spectrum and the hydropathy of the materials was detected by static water contact angle tester. The blood compatibility of the materials was analyzed with emphasis from the hemolysis rate test. The results show that PHB polymer coating is in favor of protecting magnesium alloy and slowing the degradation rate. The hemolysis rate of magnesium alloy after coating was lower than 5%, which will meet the requirement of medical materials.
