基于神经网络的客户感知网络质量评估体系研究

摘 要: 基于客户感知(quality of experience,QoE)理论,从“覆盖性”、“接入性”、“完整性”、“保持性”4个方面,建立了包括26个网络技术指标的网络质量评估指标体系,并运用神经网络的方法对QoE网络质量评估指标体系权重进行确定。通过对比得出,神经网络方法相对传统方法具有更好的适用性。基于神经网络的QoE网络质量评价体系为企业客观评估QoE网络质量、提高网络质量评估的准确度提供借鉴。

Abstract: Based on the theory of quality of experience (QoE), from ‘coverage’, ‘access’, ‘integrity’ and ‘stability’ four aspects, we set up a quality evaluation index system including 26 network technical indicators. And using the method of neural network, the customer perceived quality evaluation index system of network weights are determined. Through comparison, the method of neural network has better applicability than the traditional method. QoE of network quality evaluation system based on neural network is objective evaluation for the enterprise customer perception of network quality, and it enhances the accuracy of network quality assessment for reference.
