基于套餐价格的移动资费套餐优化模型

摘 要: 资费套餐是电信企业通过移动资费产品的多样化来满足市场中不同顾客需求的一种有效手段。但随着运营商的资费套餐种类越来越多,不仅给消费者的选择带来困扰,而且产生了巨大的管理成本。与以往考虑用户分布来确定资费套餐不同,这里主要考虑套餐价格,并在此基础上构建基本套餐变化-收入模型和高级套餐变化-收入模型,在实现资费套餐削减的同时,保证运营商收入最大化,为运营商进行套餐种类的调整提供理论分析依据。同时,通过对某省移动套餐变化的案例分析,验证两类模型的正确性。

Abstract: Tariff package is an effective way to satisfy different customers’ requirements in the telecom market via the diversification of products. However, more and more tariff packages not only increase the difficulty of consumer choice, but also bring great management costs. Differed from the method to acquire the new tariff packages through analyzing the customers distribution, this paper puts forward a method relying on package price, and on the basis, builds the basic tariff package change-revenue model and advanced tariff package change-revenue model, which provides a theoretical basis for adjustment of tariff package. The method achieves the goal for cutting tariff packages and guarantees the operators income maximization. Finally, a tariff package case of a telecom company is given to evaluate the proposed method and model.
