地质图件管理FAHP评价模型研究

摘 要: 利用模糊数学评价模糊层次分析(fuzzy analytical hierarchy process,FAHP)模型,将地质图件管理评价体系中传统的定性分析方法转化为定量分析,将过去通常由人们主观臆断的地质图件服务质量等评价问题转化为更客观的评价,用科学的计算方法保证了评价结果的客观和公正。该评价模型具有较强的导向和激励作用,为科学预测机构地质图件管理的发展水平及发展方向提供了新思路。

Abstract: This research utilizes the fuzzy mathematic theory and fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) evaluation model to turn the traditional qualitative analysis method into quantitative ones in evaluation system of geological maps management, and transfers the question of the quality of service evaluation of geological maps from the people subjective before into a more objective evaluation, which guarantees the objectivity and fairness of evaluation system with scientific calculation method with more guidance and encouragement effect. This evaluation model has a strong guidance and incentive function, which provides a new thought to predict geological maps management development level and direction scientifically.
