可调喷嘴涡轮激波特性研究

摘 要: 为研究喷嘴出口激波的扫掠规律和激振特性,以JK90S 可调喷嘴涡轮为研究对象,研究了2 种开度、3 种 膨胀比工况下导叶尾缘激波的强度和位置的变化规律。结果表明,在相同膨胀比条件下,20°开度时激波的强 度小于15°开度时的强度,激波产生的位置沿导流叶片向下游移动。随膨胀比增加,激波强度增强,激波产生 的位置向喷嘴叶片上游移动。转子叶片从靠近到远离喷嘴的过程中,喷嘴尾缘激波一直存在,激波的强度及 位置决定于叶轮和喷嘴的相对位置。

Title: Study on shock wave characteristics in variable nozzle turbine

Abstract: With the purpose of investigating the shock wave characteristics, this research is carried out on JK90S variable turbine, and the nozzle shock wave sweeping behavior is investigated under the conditions of two kinds of openings and three kinds of expansion ratios. The results indicate that under the same expansion ratio condition, the shock wave generated in the nozzle is stronger in 20�opening than that in 15�opening with the shock wave position shifted downstream-wise. With the increase of the turbine expansion ratio, the strength of the shock wave in nozzle increases and the position is shifted upstream-wise. During the process of the rotor blades from toward the nozzle to far away the nozzle, the nozzle shock wave always exists, with its strength and position decided by the relative position between nozzle and impeller.
