开关磁阻电机非线性电感精确测量与验证方法

摘 要: 开关磁阻电机(switched reluctance motor,SRM)电感参数受定转子双凸极结构和饱和磁场工作区的影 响呈现极强的非线性特性,是转子位置和励磁电流的非线性函数。针对全面精确测量不同转子角度和驱动电 流下的电感值不易实现这一问题,建立SRM 绕组的磁场静态数学模型,厘清了电机相电感与增量电感的物理 含义与数学表达关联性,提出在定子绕组上施加脉冲电压测量响应电流的测试方法,基于脉冲电压激励电流 响应方法计算任意励磁电流与任意转子角位移下的相电感。该方法基于SRM 通用驱动控制电路,无需专用测 量电路,完全复现了实际工况下电感动态特性,避免了模型偏差;实现了采用全域电感的准确测量,获得SRM 电感的含参三维数据。进而提出交叉对比实验法,同一转子位置、同一电流下的励磁电感与退磁电感实验结 果高度吻合,验证了该方法所测电感的精确性。

Title: Precise measurement and validation of nonlinear inductance of switched reluctance motor

Abstract: The inductance characteristics of the switched reluctance motor (SRM) possesses strongly nonlinearity due to doubly salient structure and its intentional operation in deep magnetic saturation for higher power density, which poses challenges for accurate measurement of the inductance with respect to the exciting current and rotor position. An inductance measurement method is proposed on the basis of an SRM electromagnetic model, which clarifies the discrimination between the incrimental inducatance and the phase inductance. The proposed measuring approach exerts pulse voltage on a given stator winding, and measures the current profile to obtain the inductance under the varying current. The proposed method utilizes the equipped power circuitry without the need of specifically designed instrumentation and completely replicates the SRM operational scenario, thus it realizes the full-range data-acquiring and minimizes the modeling errors. These merits help to obtain an accurate full-range incremental or phase inductance under different rotor position and phase current, which renders a parameterized 3D mesh for the SRM stator inductance. Furthermore, a novel cross-validation experimentation according to the magnetizing and demagnetizing status measurement verifies the feasibilities and accuracy of the proposed inductance measuring method.
