丹皮酚磷酰哌嗪类衍生物的合成与表征

摘 要: 以磷酰化反应为基础,提出一种高效、方便、快捷、价格低廉的合成方法。通过该方法,以丹皮酚、磷酰氯、哌嗪为原料,设计合成了8个丹皮酚磷酰哌嗪类衍生物,产率可达71%~86%. 并利用红外光谱(infrared spectroscopy,IR)、高分辨质谱(high resolution mass spectrum,HR-MS)和核磁共振谱(nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)对所得丹皮酚的衍生物进行表征。

Abstract: Based on the phosphorylated reaction, through an efficient general synthetic approach that provide facile, rapid and cheap access to a wide range of novel phosphoramide derivatives of paeonol, eight analogues of paeonol are synthesized in high yields (71%-86%) and elucidated by infrared spectroscopy (IR), high resolution mass spectrum (HR-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).
