Na2O-V2O5和CaO-V2O5体系相图和热力学数据综述

摘 要: 综述了钒渣提钒焙烧工艺过程中起着重要作用的2个含钒氧化物体系——Na2O-V2O5和CaO-V2O5体系的相图和热力学数据。对不同作者测定的相图数据进行了对比分析,对钒渣焙烧体系热力学数据库的构建具有重要的现实意义,并对今后的工作方向进行了讨论。

Title: Review of the phase diagram and thermodynamic data of Na2O-V2O5 and CaO-V2O5 systems

Abstract: The phase diagram and thermodynamic data of the Na2O-V2O5 and CaO-V2O5 systems are reviewed in this article, which are playing an important role in the pyrometallurgical operation for extracting vanadium from vanadium slag. Furthermore, the discrepancy of phase diagram data from different authors are analyzed and compared, which is of great significance to construct the thermodynamic database of vanadium slag roasting system. Finally, the directions for the future work are discussed.
