帘线钢82A精炼过程中氮含量的控制研究

摘 要: 研究的帘线钢冶炼流程为80 tBOF→CAS→LF→VD→CC工艺。通过对82A级别帘线钢精炼过程中各个工序氮含量取样分析,研究各工序增氮机制。结果表明,流程初始的CAS工序氮含量可高达59.0×10^-6,增氮环节主要在出钢过程中合金的加入和吸入空气增氮。LF精炼过程增氮6.0×10^-6~10.0×10^-6;主要的降氮环节为VD真空处理,降氮幅度在20.0×10^-6左右。提出控氮等措施并进行工艺试验,铸坯中氮含量平均值控制在33.3×10^-6,断丝率显著下降并得到用户满意。

Abstract: The studied steelmaking flow sheet for tire cord steel is 80 tBOF→CAS→LF→VD→CC process. Through the sampling and analysis of nitrogen content in the process of refining, the mechanism of nitrogen increasing in various processes is studied. Analysis results show that the nitrogen content in the initial process of CAS can be as high as 59.0 ×10^-6, while the main source of the nitrogen increasing are the addition of the alloy and air inhalation. The increase of nitrogen content in LF refining process is 6.0×10^-6-10.0×10^-6. The main nitrogen reducing process is VD vacuum treatment while the decreasing range is about 20.0×10^-6. The control of nitrogen and other measures are put forward. The average nitrogen content in the cast is controlled at 33.3×10^-6, and the wire breaking rate decreases significantly.
