中空式混凝土复合防护板基础数值模拟及开孔取值研究

摘 要: 以某高压输电线路中空式混凝土复合防护大板基础为研究对象,分别建立了上部铁塔有限元模型、下部基础有限元模型及土体有限元模型。ABAQUS有限元软件中,采取MPC梁约束来模拟上部铁塔和下部基础直接的锚固连接,采取绑定约束、面对面接触来模拟基础、大板与土体之间的接触问题。在最大风速、覆冰无风及断线(断导线3)3种不同工况条件下对有限元模型进行了分析研究,得到了大板应力、位移及塔腿位移的变化规律,并初步确定了中空式混凝土复合防护大板基础大板的开孔尺寸。为中空式混凝土复合防护大板基础在输电线路中的应用提供了理论依据。

Title: Numerical simulation of hollow type concrete composite protective slab foundation with an attention on influence of hole size

Abstract: A practical hollow type concrete composite protective slab foundation in a high voltage transmission line was taken to be the research object. Three kinds of finite element models (namely tower, foundation and soil) were established. The anchor connection between the upper tower and the lower soil was simulated by the MPC beam, the contact between foundation slab and soil was simulated by the binding constraints and face to face contact in the ABAQUS finite elements software. Finite element model was analysed in three different cases (max wind speed, wire broken, icing without wind). The relationship of the slab stress, the slab displacement and the tower foot displacement was obtained. And the hole size of hollow type concrete composite protective slab foundation was determined. It provided the theoretical basis for the application of hollow type concrete composite protective slab foundation in transmission line.
