基于CFD的G4-73No.8D型离心通风机叶轮优化

摘 要: 以G4-73No.8D型离心通风机为研究对象,使用CFD软件对风机内部流场进行三维数值模拟。设计正交试验,研究不同叶轮参数对全压的影响,再通过方差分析选择较优的组合方案。在正交试验基础上,采用最小二乘法对风机叶轮进行参数优化设计,进一步验证优化结果。最后通过数值模拟分析优化后的效果。优化后风机的组合方案为叶片数16,叶片出口安装角46.5°,叶轮出口宽度197.5 mm. 研究结果表明:通过优化有效降低了因风机蜗舌结构和射流-尾迹流等造成的能量损失,提高了离心通风机性能。

Abstract: In this paper, the three-dimensional internal flow field of G4-73No.8D centrifugal fan is investigated by CFD software. The influence of different impeller parameters on the total pressure is studied by design of orthogonal experiment, and the optimal combination plan is selected through variance analysis. Based on the results of the orthogonal experiment, the fan impeller parameters are optimized to further verify the optimization results by means of the least square method. Finally the results after optimization are analyzed by numerical simulation. After the optimization, the combination plan is with the blade number takes 16, the blade outlet angle 46.5� and the blade outlet width 197.5 mm. The results show that the performance of optimized fan is improved by lowering the energy loss which caused by the volute tongue and the jet-wake.
