集成光学环形谐振腔研究进展

摘 要: 微型化、集成化和规模化是集成光学系统与器件追求的目标。光学环形谐振腔作为集成光学领域的研究热点之一,因其具有尺寸小、成本低、Q值高、性能稳定、结构简单等优点,可广泛应用于光通信、光传感等领域。综述分析了环形谐振腔的工作原理,着重介绍了几种具有代表性的结构,并对环形谐振腔的制备工艺进行了讨论。最后对环形谐振腔的应用进行了介绍。

Abstract: Miniaturization, integration and large-scale are the goal of integrated optical systems and devices. Ring resonator has become one of the current research hotspots since it has the advantages of small size, low cost, high Q quality factor, stable performance and simple structure. Ring resonator can be widely used in the fields of optical communication and sensors. This review discusses the working principle of ring resonator and focuses on analyzing several typical and new structures. Then, the preparation process is introduced. Finally, the application of ring resonator is discussed.
