功能化改性氧化石墨烯在癌症诊疗中的应用

摘 要: 作为新兴纳米材料石墨烯的重要衍生物之一,氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide,GO)具有诸多优良的物化性能,通过对GO 改性后,使其生物学性能得到显著提高并赋予其功能性,在生物医学领域尤其是癌症诊疗方面具有更广阔的应用前景。本文简要概括了GO 的制备及其功能化改性方法,并对其作为药物、基因载体和光疗、生物成像试剂等的探索研究进行了综述,最后对其未来发展做出了展望。

Abstract: Graphene oxide (GO), as an important derivative of graphene, has attracted much attention in recent years due to its excellent physicochemical properties and promising biomedical aplications, especially in the field of cancer theranostic. Herein, preparation and functional modification of GO is briefly summarized and exploration of its applications as drug carrier, gene vector, phototherapeutic agent and bio-imaging probe are reviewed. Finally, future outlook of GO-based materials is presented.
