高温氟化石墨的半工业化制备与结构以及电化学性能研究

摘 要: 由于氟化石墨材料是一次性锂氟电池的电极材料,在极端工作条件下具有较好的稳定性及持续性。本研究采用气-固相法进行氟化石墨的半工业化制备,得到具有较高氟碳比的氟化石墨。将制得的氟化石墨通过X-射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)等物理化学表征手段进行分析。实验揭示了氟化石墨的插层结构,初步探究了氟化石墨的反应机理以及影响氟化过程可控性的外界条件,反应速率的控制是实现氟化过程可控的关键,而实验温度、升温速率等也会影响反应速率。

Abstract: Fluorinated graphite is used as electrode materials for primary lithium batteries. This kind of batteries has a good stability and sustainability in extreme conditions. In this paper, semi-industrialized method in solid-gas phase was used to synthetize fluorinated graphite with high ratio of fluorine-graphite. The structures and electrochemical properties of fluorinated graphite were discussed through physico-chemical analysis such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), etc. The experiment revealed the intercalation structure of fluorinated graphite, and explored the mechanism of fluorination process of graphite and the factor influencing the controllability of fluorination. Reaction rate is the key factor for achieving fluorination process controlled, and the experimental temperature and heating rate are able to affect the reaction rate.
