聚乙烯亚胺超薄膜制备及其分离性能研究

摘 要: 为解决当前超薄高效纳米分离膜制备难题,可溶性超细纳米线被用来构筑纳米多孔薄膜作为阻挡层和牺牲层。将预交联的超支化聚乙烯亚胺通过过滤的方法在纳米线薄膜表面形成一层超薄膜。这里详细研究了具有不同分量超支化乙烯亚胺的成膜性能及所制备的超薄膜的分离性能。结果显示,所制备的聚乙烯亚胺薄膜对5 nm 的金颗粒具有很好的分离性能,这在废水处理方面具有潜在的应用。该方法为在大孔基底上直接制备超薄分离层提供了一种可行的途径,也可用于制备其他高分子超薄材料。

Title: Synthesis and separation properties of ultrathin polyethyleneimine films

Abstract: In order to solve synthesis change for ultrathin and high efficient nano separation membranes, a new method was developed to prepare ultrathin polyethyleneimine thin films by filtering pre-cross-linked branched ethyleneimine solution on a porous dissovable metal hydroxide nanowire thin film. This nanowire thin film served as both supporting and sacroficial layer. The effect of the molecular weight of the branched ethyleneimine monomers was investigated. The corresponding separation performances of the synthesized ultrathin polyethyleneimine thin films were evaluated for the separation of dye molecules. They demonstrated very nice separation for 5 nm gold particles. This indicates they may hold the potential for nanoparticle-wasted water treatment and purification. The method presented here provides an efficiently to prepare ultrathin separation layer on macroporous support, and may also extend to prepare other ultrathin thin films.
