风载荷对太阳能光伏组件作用点偏移的计算与分析

摘 要: 风载荷作用力矩是太阳能光伏发电系统支架基础设计所要考虑的主要因素,影响作用力矩大小的因素除风载荷作用力大小外还有作用力臂,作用力臂大小主要由作用点的位置决定。根据规则几何外型的太阳能光伏发电系统元件所承受风载荷的作用点位置,由于受到太阳能光伏发电系统光伏组件的安装倾角及风载荷对其作用力的变化,其作用点会发生偏移,偏移量随着作用力的大小及倾角的变化有不同的变化规律。通过分析太阳能光伏组件表面所受的风载荷作用力及作用力臂,验证了不同倾角、不同风速条件下作用于太阳能光伏组件的风载荷作用点发生偏移,且随着倾角和风速的增大,偏移量呈不同程度的增加。

Abstract: Wind load torque is the main factor of designing the solar photovoltaic power generation systems support basis to consider. In addition to the wind load, the action arm is the other factor influencing the working torque, and action arm is mainly decided by the position of the action point. For solar photovoltaic system components in regular geometric shapes, the point position to withstand wind load due to the installation angle of the photovoltaic modules and the change of wind load on the force, the point offset as the change of the force and angle have different variations. In this paper, through analysis on wind load force and action arm of solar photovoltaic modules surface, we verify that under different angles and different wind speeds, the wind load point acting on the solar photovoltaic modules will offset, and with the increasing of angle and wind speed, the offset presents different increased degrees.
