热物理参数对一体式再生燃料电池电解模式性能的影响

摘 要: 利用自行设计、搭建完成的一体式再生燃料电池(unitized regenerative fuel cell,URFC)实验系统,对设计加工的纯钛流场板URFC 进行热物理参数(温度、供水流量以及方位角)对电解池模式性能影响的研究。实验结果表明,随着温度升高,URFC 电解性能提升;供水流量以及方位角通过影响电池氧电极内部的两相流复杂程度影响URFC 的电解性能。

Abstract: The performance of the unitized regenerative fuel cell (URFC) under electrolyzer mode was tested in a self designed and the experimental system was built under different thermophysical parameters (temperature, flow rate and angle of inclination) by a self designed URFC of pure titanium flow fields. The experimental results indicate that with the increasing of temperature, the performance of URFC electrolyte is increased. Flow rate, angle of inclination and direction of gravity change the performance of URFC under electrolyzer mode by influencing the two-phase flow in oxygen electrode.
