鄂尔多斯盆地临兴区块钻井提速技术

摘 要: 鄂尔多斯盆地临兴致密气区块地层缺失、砂泥岩夹层多并伴有大段泥岩,井眼缩径、掉块等复杂情况频发;中下部地层自三叠系刘家沟组起年代古老,沉积压实程度高、成岩性好、胶结致密、研磨性强,致使可钻性差,机械钻速(rate of penetration, ROP)低,钻井周期长。针对该区块地质特点及钻井作业要求,开展了钻井提 速技术研究。通过聚晶金刚石复合片(polycrystalline diamond compact,PDC)钻头设计,防斜快打钻具组合优选,抑制性钻井液体系优选,运用水力脉冲空化射流提速配套工具等,初步形成了适合临兴区块的钻井提速配套技术。经过提速,自三叠系刘家沟组至奥陶系马家沟组,相同地层平均ROP 提升20.14%~159.74%,井身质量合格率100%,复杂时率平均缩短37%. 现场应用表明,临兴区块的钻井提速技术提高了ROP,降低了复杂时率,缩短了钻井周期。

Title: Technology to improve drilling speed in Linxing block of Ordos basin

Abstract: As stratigraphic lacunae, mezzanine and thick mudstone all exist in Linxing tight gas block of Ordos basin, wellbore shrinkage, casting and other complicated conditions happen often. In the middle and lower old formations from Triassic Liu Jiagou group, the heavy backlog compaction degree is high, the lithology is good, bond dense and with strong abrasive lead to poor drillability, the rate of penetration (ROP) is low, the drilling cycle is long, which seriously restrict the process of exploration and development of Linxing block. According to the drilling geological characteristics of this block, efforts have been made to tackle the technical difficulties in drilling acceleration, and a complete set of techniques have been developed though such measures as polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) drill bits design, bottom hole assembly optimization, inhibitive drilling fluids optimization and using hydraulic pulse cavitation jet speed supporting tools. After application, the average ROP improved 20.14%-159.74%, well bore quality 100% qualified, the complex rate shortened 37%. Field application showed that the techniques for drilling acceleration have improved the ROP, reduced the downhole trouble rate and shortened the drilling cycle.
