El Niño事件对黄淮地区人体舒适度的影响

摘 要: 利用黄淮地区22 个测站1961 年至2010 年的日平均体感温度和舒适度,通过对50a 中15 次厄尔尼诺(El Niño)事件年及次年各季节的体感温度和舒适度时空特征的分析,探讨El Niño 事件对黄淮地区人体舒适度的影响。结果表明:El Niño 事件对夏冬两季的体感温度影响较春秋明显,当年夏季体感温度较常年偏低,但是当年冬季和次年夏秋冬体感温度均偏高,偏高概率超过60%;50a 体感温度和极端不适度存在较大的年代际变化,90 年代前后存在较大差异;El Niño 事件年和次年的极端不舒适度出现次数较常年偏少;El Niño 事件对黄淮地区的影响存在较明显的地区差异,总体上对南部的影响大于北部,东部沿海大于内陆,特别是对胶东半岛的影响十分显著;不同时期不同强度的El Niño 事件对人体舒适度影响存在较大差异,而且人体舒适度受多种因素的共同作用,El Niño 事件仅是其中一个因素,由于存在多因素的影响,因此部分年份和个别地区的舒适度异常与所得结论差异较大,甚至相悖。

Title: Influence of El Niño event on human comfort level in Huanghuai region

Abstract: Based on the records of average daily human temperature by the 22 observation stations in Huanghuai region from 1961 to 2010 and the analysis of the distribution of human temperature and comfort degree in the 15 El Niño years and the years followed respectively in 50a in time and space, this paper aims to explore the influence of El Niño on the comfort degree of people living in Huanghuai region. It turned out that: El Niño had a bigger influence on human temperature in summer and winter than in spring and autumn. The human temperature in that year is relatively low in that year and the winter and next summer, autumn and winter saw a higher human temperature, with a chance of more than 60%. There exist an obvious inter-decade variation in the human temperature and extreme discomfort degree in 50a. A relatively greater difference was found around the 1990s. The frequency of extreme discomfort in El Niño years and the followed respectively was lower than that of other years. An obvious regional variation could be found in terms of the influence of El Niño on people in Huanghuai region. In general, the influence on the south part of Huanghuai region and eastern costal region were greater than on the north part and inland region. Its influence on Jiaodong peninsula was especially significant. An obvious regional variation could be found in terms of the influence of El Niño on human comfort level in Huanghuai region at different times and with the intensity of El Niño in different years varying. However, human comfort level was in fact affected by combined factors, among which El Niño only played its own role. For this reason, the data of some of the years was inconsistent with our conclusion and even went opposite with it.
