船舶精度控制中负补偿量的应用

摘 要: 研究的核心内容是精度控制中负补偿量的加放,结合企业生产实践,提出合理的负补偿量,解决实际船舶建造中由于下料、装配、焊接等过程影响加工公差和焊接热变形的问题。负补偿量的应用对提高造船质量、最大限度减少装配作业的现场修正量、缩短造船周期、降低生产成本等有重大意义。

Abstract: The core content of this paper is to put the correct negative compensation in precision control. Combined with the corporate practice, we proposed a reasonable dimension compensation to resolve the actual ship construction problem of machining tolerances and welding heat distortion due to cutting, assembly, welding, etc. The application of negative compensation has great significance to improve shipbuilding quality, minimize on-site correction of the assembly operations, shorten the shipbuilding period, and lower the production costs.
