基于Workbench的静压气体轴承气膜流场压力及流量特性研究

摘 要: 利用 Workbench软件对静压气体轴承的气膜流场压力及流量特性进行研究,以小孔节流静压气体轴承为研究对象,对轴承进行三维建模,并对模型进行结构化和非结构化网格划分。基于ANSYS Workbench软件对该模型进行分析,得到高转速下轴承内压力、分布特点、压力分布云图、轴承内流场压力等值线以及节流孔直径对质量流量的影响。

Abstract: Taking orifice hydrostatic gas bearing as the research object, we study gas film flow field pressure and flow characteristics for hydrostatic gas bearing using Workbench software. Three-dimensional modeling of the bearing is structured, and the model is given structured and non-structured mesh. Based on the model ANSYS Workbench software analysis, high-speed distribution of the bearing pressure, pressure contours, the impact of the flow field inside the bearing pressure contours and orifice diameter on the mass flow are obtained.
