收获机车架载荷测试及载荷谱编制方法研究

摘 要: 通过搭建载荷测试系统得到玉米收获机车架危险点在不同工况下的应变变化。在Matlab中对试验数据进行压缩处理,利用改进计数法则进行统计处理得到载荷谱结果。收获机工作环境复杂,试验测试系统易于调试和更换损坏贴片。数据处理程序使统计计数法则得到简化,计数速度与精度提高,可方便用于随机载荷的统计分析。该研究为农业机械零部件载荷测取及载荷谱编制提供了重要参考。

Title: Study on load spectrum compiling method and load measurement of harvester frame

Abstract: We get the strain change data of the maize harvest machine frame weak point in different working conditions by building a strain test system. We analyze the data in Matlab and get the load spectrum by using the statistics notation measurement. The harvest machine has a complex working environment, while the test system is designed to be modified and easily changing the strain test patch. Statistics notation measurement is simplified by data analysis program. Computing speed and accuracy is improved and the program is convenient for statistic analyzing the random load. This study provides a good reference for testing the agricultural machine parts load and compiling load spectrum chart.
