基于BioTRIZ-Isight的仿生优化设计方法

摘 要: 对仿生设计的实现方式进行研究,从提高产品研发效率的角度出发,提出一种基于BioTRIZ-Isight的仿生设计优化方法。通过BioTRIZ冲突矩阵和生物实例库的联合应用寻找仿生设计的生物实例,实现了仿生目标的寻找,利用对生物几何特征提取重构的方法,得到仿生设计方案;并且引入Isight参数优化平台,对设计方案进行参数优化,提高了产品研发效率。最后,利用所提出的仿生设计优化方法对涡街流量计漩涡发生体进行改进,验证所提出方法的有效性。

Abstract: In this paper, the implementation of bionic design as the research object and from the aspect of improving the efficiency of research and development, an bionic optimization method based on BioTRIZ-Isight has been proposed. The biological analogies can be found through the joint application BioTRIZ conflict matrix and biological case library, and the bionic design can be obtained by the method of geometric characteristics extracted and reconstructed. Isight parameter optimization platform is also introduced to improve the efficiency of product development. At last, based on the BioTRIZ-Isight bionic design method, the bluff body of the electromagnetic vortex flowmeter has been optimized and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
