电工钢热连轧粗轧机板形控制研究

摘 要: 板形控制是实现电工钢自由规程轧制的主要瓶颈问题。以某大型工业热连轧粗轧机为研究对象,采用工业试验和现场跟踪测试分析热连轧粗轧机高速钢工作辊、高铬铁工作辊、支持辊的磨损行为和服役特性,建立电工钢高温粗轧的奥氏体区本构关系模型和轧辊轧件一体化的三维有限元模型,开发与电工钢大量同宽自由规程轧制和粗轧机多道次可逆轧制工作辊配套的变接触支持辊,分析热连轧粗轧机变接触支持辊和高速钢工作辊应用的融合集成效应。并通过大型工业轧机稳定规模应用取得了明显提高辊形自保持性、改善轧辊严重不均匀磨损、消除粗轧轧辊剥落和提高热连轧精轧机组来料板形质量的显著生产实绩,有利于促进电工钢大量同宽的自由规程轧制。

Title: Strip profile control of the roughing mill for non-oriented electrical steel

Abstract: Profile and flatness control is the bottleneck constraints in rolling field for schedule-free rolling of wide electrical steel. Taking a large hot tandem mill as the research object, the wear behaviors and service conditions of hi-Cr iron work roll, HSS work roll and backup roll in the roughing mill were investigated by industry experiments and tracking measurements. A constitutive relation model for electrical steel in austenite zone was built and a 3D roll-strip FE model was established. The varying contact backup roll was developed to meet a large number of the same wide rolling strategy. The merging effects of HSS work roll and VCR backup roll were analyzed. Industry application showed that roll contour self-maintainance and severe roll wear were improved, roll spallings were eliminated and the shape quality of the supplied strips for the finishing mill was increased.
